HOME CARE

1. Clean your Skin. Before starting the treatment, thoroughly cleanse your skin, remove any cosmetics that contain a chemical or acidic element that may affect light output, and lead to a decreased or in-effective treatment.
2. Connect the Adjustable Straps to the Mask and Connect the Device to Controller. Use the Velcro Straps and insert the straps into the apertures on both sides of the mask to ensure that they can be fixed on the mask. Connect the mask and the controller with the USB-cable provided.
3. Wear the Mask. Put the mask on your face. Adjust the straps to ensure that the mask fits well to your face / desired position.
4. Start a Treatment. Turn on the mask by pressing the controller's power button. Hold the button down until the mask turns on. The battery indicators will light up to indicate the device is turned on. Turn off the device Turn off the device in advance by pressing the controller's power button. Or it will automatically shut down when the treatment time (10 minutes) is over.
5. Take off the Mask and Clean it. Take off the mask from your face and clean (see instructions below)

Note: The recommended treatment protocol is 10 minutes per time, 3-5 times per week for 6 weeks. Do not use any makeup and cosmetics that contain chemical or acidic components which may affect light output and lead to a decreased or in-effective treatment. During the treatment, please use the straps to fix the mask to the face properly.

Storage: Store your mask back in the package and in the specified environment. Your mask should always be stored FLAT, the flexible technology is designed for flexible comfort on the face, not for storage.

How to Clean Your PlasmaGLO LED Mask

First things first, regular cleaning is key. If you have acne or other bacterial conditions, it's a good idea to clean your mask after each session. If not, once or twice a month should do the trick.

Follow these simple steps to ensure your mask stays fresh:

 1. After your session, remove the mask from your face and unplug it.

 2. Take a soft, slightly damp cloth and gently wipe the surface of the mask to remove any dirt or residue.

 3. If needed, you can use a mild cleanser like an anti-bacterial wipe to disinfect it. This is especially important if multiple people are using the mask or if you have bacterial conditions like acne.

 4. Remember to keep the electronic parts of the mask, such as the LED lights and wires, dry. Avoid getting them wet.

 5. Once you've cleaned the mask, let it air dry completely.

 6. Store the mask in a dry and clean place to protect it from damage or contamination. You can place it in your PlasmaGLO silk storage bag.

 Regularly cleaning your PlasmaGLO LED Mask is essential in maintaining good hygiene and preventing the spread of bacteria.

Travel Tips

The device's lightweight design makes it become a perfect travel companion. There are some travel tips for you:

• If traveling outside the U.S., do not use the device if the electrical outlet is out of the specification: AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz.
• Confirm with the steward that whether the device can be carried and/or used on the airplane.

If you have any adverse reaction from using this device, stop using it immediately. If you experience any discomfort, such as skin discoloration, skin damage, or any other concerns develop, stop using the device immediately and consult your physician.
